1. By engaging with this website and its services, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and possess the necessary authority to legally agree to the payment terms, and you are capable and committed to fulfilling your obligations under these terms. The credit card utilised for the Services is issued in your name, or you have authorisation to use it. You agree to settle all charges incurred through the use of the Services with your credit card issuer. You further ensure that you or the recipient are of the legal drinking age in the relevant state or country of residence and that all provided information is accurate and truthful.
2. All listed prices are in SGD unless otherwise indicated and are subject to change.
3. A fixed delivery fee of S$35 will be applied to all local deliveries totalling less than S$399. This delivery fee is non-refundable once orders are dispatched.
4. An order processing period of 7 working days is necessary and will be confirmed only after a notification is received from our customer service team.
5. Modifications or cancellations to local orders are not permissible once they have been dispatched for delivery. All online credit card transactions will incur a non-refundable 3% service fee for Visa or Mastercard. 
6. Cask and Crown Pte Ltd reserves the right to nullify any transactions or payments concerning price discrepancies, or stock availability, at any given moment.
7. Wines that have been delivered, received, and acknowledged are non-returnable and non-refundable to maintain. We believe you would prefer not to receive wines that have been returned after spending several days under uncertain storage conditions.
8. Cask and Crown Pte Ltd disclaims any liability for loss, damage, expenses, delays, or any other liabilities arising from the use of products or services purchased through this website, including, but not limited to, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of revenue, profit, use, or opportunity).
